How did we help?
Working closely with the senior management, branding and HR teams, we devised an initial campaign to recruit a number of key personnel. This included timelines, advert and JD’s, content and designs, headhunting and campaign management (examples of which are included below on on the campaigns page).
We managed the full process, providing first stage interviews and shortlisting potential candidates. We supplied detailed information on each candidate, with full candidate reports containing salient details such as strengths, weaknesses, key skills and example of projects.
Further more, we carried out compliance and qualification checks, referencing, and proof of identification. This significantly reduced the amount of time and investment required by the management team, enabling them to focus on their own duties, saving the time and money.
More importantly, all of the information required to make an informed choice on the best candidate for the long term. Reducing the risk and added cost of an unsuccessful appointment.
