Providing advice on potential risks and liabilities, and the optimisation of resources to achieve a quality product. Our expertise and services provide a comprehensive approach to construction, economic, risk and contractual management on expansion and diversification for any project.
Project Management – Our specialist PM team work proactively to implement and deliver a successful project that realises the client's aspirations. In addition, we also deliver the Employers Agent Role under JCT Design & Build forms of contract with Cost Consultancy services. Our optimum capability is catering for projects up to the value of £20m.
Building Surveying - Our professionally qualified and experienced surveyors provide expert advice in Building Technology, Contract Administration, Schedules of Dilapidations, Building Defects, Fire Risk Assessments and Party Wall Awards.
