Project Management – Our specialist PM team work proactively to implement and deliver a successful project that realises the client's aspirations. In addition, we also deliver the Employers Agent Role under JCT Design & Build forms of contract with Cost Consultancy services. Our optimum capability is catering for projects up to the value of £20m.

Building Surveying - Our professionally qualified and experienced surveyors provide expert advice in Building Technology, Contract Administration, Schedules of Dilapidations, Building Defects, Fire Risk Assessments and Party Wall Awards.

Technical Moves, in partnership with JBA, successfully appointed an Associate-Level Quantity Surveyor and a Senior Building Surveyor/Project Manager. Over ten weeks, a strong pool of candidates was generated through active marketing and headhunting. Suitable applicants were narrowed down through qualifying interviews with our specialist consultants before final client interviews and selection.

The above was our client side campaign page where all live jobs were launched through this platform. Job descriptions, bespoke applications and corporate statements were available to download directly on these pages.
