Campaign for Senior Property Manager

We have worked with Encore for several years and were engaged to recruit a key member for their London office. Encore promote exceptionally high standards which sets them apart and sees them regularly recognised and awarded as one of the best in their industry. The key to their success is their team. They don’t accept ordinary.

The challenge was to bring in the right person in terms of skills, attitude and team fit. We needed an experienced professional who would compliment their existing team and match their company ethos and client accounts.

There was a real shortage of potential candidates available on the open market.

We devised a strategy to identify key specifics of their requirement. This included; levels of experience, clientele, qualifications, training, personalities and loyalty. We mapped out potential targets and where they would come from before agreeing their advantages and reasons to join Encore. We then engaged and communicated this message to attract some of the industries finest. In addition, we ran a dedicated marketing campaign to help communicate and promote the growth of their business.

Each candidate selected to interview was qualified and pre screened against our benchmarking and completed a personality and skills assessment prior to first stage interviews with the Encore management team.
