Recruitment is about finding people and building relationships. Our consultants deal with the careers and aspirations of professional people at all levels across the built environment. Matching people to organisations, the role is more than just filling jobs. We are a consultancy, not an agency - providing expert recruitment advice. Focused on quality, local industry knowledge and networking so we remain well connected.
That’s where we need you. We are a small team, and our business is ready to expand. We need a hardworking and proactive Trainee / Apprentice Recruiter who can help us deliver on our plans. A salesperson at heart, motivated and target driven, you will look be responsible for generating new business, dealing with job seekers and candidate sourcing.
You will support our recruitment team with lead generation, candidate screening and promote job opportunities over the phone. With a 12-month training program you will gain experience across several of our disciplines as you develop your recruitment skills.
Working with us, you will need the sales ability to make things happen. You must enjoy speaking on the phone, networking, building strong relationships. You will have the desire to achieve incentives, earn commission and be someone that naturally just gets things done.
