Technical Coordinator / Manager with infrastructure and development experience required for a property investment business, excellent growth potential.


Your New Role

You will be working with an independent property investment business in their land and development team on a range of residential and commercial property projects including land promotion, investment, technical and planning advice for developments. The team has gone from strength to strength, growing significantly in the last few years, now managing a multi-million-pound portfolio across East Anglia for a wide range of clients.

This is a key new appointment with a client that is prepared to be flexible in their requirements to attract the right person; however, infrastructure, CAD and a strong interest in development are essential.

Key experience:

As Technical Coordinator / Manager you will be responsible for managing all technical matters from land appraisal, planning and feasibility to disposal and project completion. As a senior member of the team, you’ll need a minimum of five years' industry experience from another property development business, housing developer, consultancy or design and build contractor. Ideally you’ll have an HNC/HND in civil engineering or similar and be a confident AutoCAD user and have a comprehensive understanding of technical matters related to all aspects of mixed-use development. 

A self motivated, team player, you will have strong management, communication and co-ordination skills, someone who is used to dealing with consultants, house builders, developers and contractors.
