Senior CDM Consultant / Principal Designer

This company isn’t broken but you could help fix it. Things are actually working very well here. The team is great. The clients are prestigious. The office space is newly refurbished. But they have a problem; demand for their services has hit record levels. So, they need your help. To attract you they’ve created a real gem of a vacancy…

Your New Role

This company has worked with leading brand-name clients for over 20 years. That means they can provide a fantastic range of projects for their highly motivated team.

This success has enabled them to attract, train, retain and invest in a highly talented team.

But record levels of turnover and profit has created an urgent need to add to their CDM Compliance team. This new role will suit an established Health & Safety / CDM Advisor with a construction consultancy background.

Based in newly refurbished offices in central London, you’ll be advising on CDM2015 compliance, interrogating designs, writing and collating PCI’s, visiting construction sites, and meeting design teams.

You will also be the lead consultant for key accounts with clients spanning the banking, retail, commercial, and high-end residential sectors.

And because your career matters to them, they will invest in you. You’ll receive ongoing professional training, development, and accreditation. If you are not already Chartered, they will help you attain either CMIOSH or iMaPs accreditation and will cover all associated costs.

It’s the ideal role for an intermediate or senior professional - particularly if you are looking to build on your previous experience as a CDM Advisor and/or Principal Designer. This demonstrable Construction Health & Safety Consultancy experience will be coupled with relevant NEBOSH (or equivalent) health & safety qualifications.
