Your New Role

Quality always stands the test of time and you will be joining a firm of Chartered Surveyors who have successfully served the Cambridge property industry for over 20 years.

A small but experienced independent firm of highly qualified surveyors with a combined experience exceeding 65 years. They're experts in providing professional surveying and valuing services and are regarded as one of Cambridge's finest. The quality of their client base includes numerous individuals and local businesses, banks and building societies, local and national property developers, companies and institutions, as well as departments and Colleges of Cambridge University and a number of charities.

They offer the full range of building surveying services including; Residential Surveying (Homebuyer, vendor and valuations), Party Wall matters, Building Defect and Expert Witness across an extensive variety of buildings, from historic to new-build.

They are busier than ever and now they need you, an MRICS Residential Building Surveyor to join the team.

Your new role will focus on servicing existing residential accounts with an eye on future development and the flexibility and enthusiasm to cover any Commercial work as required. Cambridge’s property market is thriving and you will take on some of their existing residential workload whilst being encouraged to manage and expand your own portfolio of clients - with the reassurance and support from some of Cambridge’s most experienced surveyors.

As for you, we'll need you to: 

  • be fully MRICS chartered with at least 2 years post qualification, (although a promising APC candidate would be considered).
  • Have a solid base of experience within the residential surveying sector - ideally within Cambridgeshire.
