Your New Role
We’re looking for an seasoned Maintenance Manager. Someone capable of managing the responsive repairs and voids service of over 3000 properties throughout Suffolk and East Anglia. It’s a challenging role looking after a busy housing portfolio ensuring all properties are repaired in accordance with high standards. You will take the lead, supervising and managing a responsive repairs team whilst supervising a wide range of trades and contractors, checking all contractor variation instructions, and ensuring payment in accordance with the agreed contract terms.
You will also hold full budget responsibilities for monitoring and maintaining the cost of Responsive Repairs and voids. This includes the management and purchase of stock, equipment and parts used by the Voids Team ensuring best value is achieved in procurement and an effective stock control system is in place.

You will work Monday to Friday and your salary package will be commensurate with your experience - but expected to be circa £ £34,000 - £36,000 with appropriate benefits.
