Your New Role

We are recruiting a Project Director capable of leading a region of over 100 construction professionals, delivering construction and cost management solutions for a diverse client base. You will be joining a team of like-minded Directors' who share your passion for innovation and delivering cutting edge solutions. As a leading consultant, they play a critical role in creating and delivering flagship construction projects across the region. You will be the key point of contact for client interface, ensuring objectives are met and future relationships are secured.

The firm has developed an international reputation for providing a comprehensive and value driven service in the public and commercial sectors. You will be part of a Cost Management team that covers the whole project lifecycle from initial inception, through the design and procurement process and onto the site delivery and commissioning phase. Projects are procured from a core of regular repeat clients and typically range in value from £5m - £100m (construction costs). Having also secured places on a number of frameworks, the team is expanding to deliver an exciting mix of projects across life sciences, healthcare, and defence work. Representing some of the world’s highest-ranking organisations and influential projects.

As a Director, you will actively lead the team on individual projects as well as technically complex projects; taking overall responsibility for their successful delivery. You will provide strategic guidance and oversight to a portfolio of projects being led within the East of England to ensure successful delivery in all aspects of cost management and quantity surveying from project inception to completion. With a passion for first class service delivery, you will drive performance standards to ensure a professional, premium quality services to the construction industry. The role will be fully client facing and you will become the main client point of contact for this regions projects.

Interest is welcome from Professionally qualified Quantity Surveyors with a solid career history working at Director level, ideally on behalf of a recognised Consultant or Cost Consultancy. Alternatively for an Associate Director looking to take the next step in your career - especially if you have cross Sector experience or exposure to target sectors.
