Maintenance Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organised and efficient individual with outstanding customer service skills, to manage the day to day running of an inhouse maintenance team for one of Cambridges most sought after property companies.

Your New Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Handling telephone enquiries, delivering high-quality services to landlords/tenants, working closely with the property management team, providing quotations and invoices to a wide range of clients, manage relevant sub-contractors, diary management and devise ways of improving performance, including resolving problems and complaints.

Strong administrative skills are required with the ability to manage a busy workload, to prioritise work and meet tight deadlines.

A construction/maintenance background is highly desirable.

This is a maternity cover position, with flexible working hours.

Salary range from £19,000 - £22,000 pro rata.
