Your New Role

We are currently representing a highly regarded and respected firm of chartered surveyors in the Cromer area. They are an established and independent practice with an experienced and dedicated team that work across Residential, Commercial, Rural, Industrial and Leisure. Due to significant growth in the business they are looking to expand their professional team to meet demands. Due to further workload they now have a permanent position for an experienced Negotiator to join their Residential Lettings team.

You will be responsible for helping develop the lettings portfolio. Duties will include; face to face customer service and sales, dealing with residential sales and letting enquires, communicating with buyers and sellers, arranging viewings, registering applicants accurately, offering suitable properties to perspective buyers, follow up viewings and gaining feedback, encourage and receive offers, negotiate best offers and closing sales, instructing solicitors, monitoring sales from initial agreement through to exchange and completion, canvass new business by post, telephone and face to face, provide excellent customer service and manage client relationships.

To be considered for this position you should have at least 1 years industry knowledge in estate agency, a proven track record in selling and negotiating residential properties and an understanding of the rental market. You should have a working understanding of the standard conveyancing process and The Estate Agents Act 1979. NAEA / ARLA qualification is desirable however not essential as training can be provided. You should be a highly motivated individual with the ability to meet and exceed targets.

In return they are offering a long term career opportunity with good prospects and a basic salary of £17,000 - £19,000 plus individual and team commission schemes based on skills, knowledge and experience.
