Join a firm of chartered surveyors as a Lettings Coordinator in their Cromer office.
Your New Role
We are currently representing a highly regarded and respected firm of chartered surveyors with offices throughout Norfolk. They are an established and independent practice with an experienced and dedicated team that work across Residential, Commercial, Rural, Industrial and Leisure.
Due to expansion and further workload they are now looking for a Lettings Coordinator to join their Cromer office and provide administrative support to the lettings department who manage a vast portfolio. You will be responsible for managing all rental applications, completing tenancy agreements, liaising daily with tenants, landlords and contractors, booking inventories, providing property management support to the team, building strong relationships and providing excellent customer service.
The role will suit a candidate with strong communication and people skills who are confident in dealing with landlords and tenants. You should have at least 1 years’ previous industry knowledge within residential lettings.
In return you will receive a salary of £17,000 - £19,000 depending on experience, plus commission and the chance to develop a career within an established company who can provide career progression and, further training and qualifications.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.30pm.
