If you are a Rural Surveyor or Land Agent with experience in land management with either a developer or consultancy, then we have a great opportunity for you!
Established for over 30 years, a thriving and independent Real Estate agent are strengthening their development team with a new Assistant Land Agent / Development Surveyor. With a long-standing portfolio expanding across; Cambridgeshire, Beds, Bucks and Northamptonshire, they provide a comprehensive range of Real Estate services specialising in Property, Land and Planning.
The team has a varied level of experience from graduate through to senior; all contributing to the warm and friendly environment that is evident from the moment you step into the office. With an exemplary reputation, you could be reaping the rewards if you have the drive to push for your career.
They have never been busier! and you will become a key part of their Land Agency team. You will be joining an experienced team identifying and promoting sites through the planning process and dealing with the disposal of sites once planning permission has been granted. You will also;
- Assist in providing professional consultancy services and advice on rural planning, valuation, compulsory purchase and agency instructions.
- Join a seasoned team of property and development professionals with further exposure to Rural, Commercial, and Planning departments.
- Work closely with residential teams to identify future development opportunities whilst also becoming involved in the marketing of sites.
- Continue to monitor emerging local plan allocations and contacting landowners with development potential.
This opportunity would suit a Rural Surveyor or a Land Agent with a private practice or development background. Equally important is your confident personality and your ambition to help drive your career and the business forward.
To excel in this role, it would be advantageous to have at least three years’ experience working in residential land sales and previous knowledge of; land promotion, option agreements, and affordable housing development. You will work Monday to Friday and your salary package will be commensurate with your experience - but expected to be between £35,000 - £40,000 with a full benefits package including; bonus, holidays and pension, Family friendly working environment.
