Your New Role
This expanding property investment and development business are looking to appoint an Infrastructure Engineer / Coordinator to join their Suffolk based team. After experiencing significant growth over the last few years, their technical team is looking to further increase headcount to service growing demand, on both commercial and residential projects.
This is a key new appointment with a client that is prepared to be flexible in their requirements to attract the right person; however, infrastructure, CAD and a strong interest in development are essential.
As an Infrastructure Engineer or Coordinator you’ll be involved in technical appraisals, adoptions and all technical matters from land appraisal, planning and feasibility to disposal and project completion. You will have a minimum of five years' industry experience dealing with property development, house builders, developers, consultants and contractors. You will be qualified to HNC/HND in civil engineering or similar, be proficient in CAD and have a strong understanding of technical matters related to residential and mixed-use developments.
