We are interested in speaking with a highly experienced Facilities Manager. An inspirational leader with the ability to head up a new venture in Cambridge.
You’ll be joining an award-winning property business renowned for delivering exceptional levels of customer service. A company who want to be further recognised as the leading provider of soft services to the residential industry and achieve a British Safety Council 5 Star Rating. It’s an ambitious vision and we need your expertise to help them get there.
It will be a challenging yet rewarding journey, and you will play a key part in leading the team to achieve this next level. They need to draw on your operational excellence to help deliver a number of key objectives within; Financial Management, Implementation, Mobilisation, Fleet Management and report writing.
As a leader, you will motivate your team of; office, site and mobile workers, managing their performance and development. You will build on existing core relationships, helping to maintain excellent working relationships with long standing accounts whilst developing new business opportunities. You’ll champion safe working and promote an excellent Health and Safety culture, ensuring policies are adhered to at all times. Therefore, we would expect you to be NEBOSH or IOSH qualified.
To achieve these objectives, interest is invited from Facilities Managers with at least 10 years’ FM experience within Soft and Hard services. You should be educated with an associated degree and hold active membership to a professional body, ideally CIWFM / BIFM.
You will inspire and lead teams and therefore it is essential you can demonstrate strong experience with mobilisation and managing a team working across multiple sites. Expert knowledge of Excel and Implementation of specialist FM software would be welcomed and a distinct advantage.
Salary packages will reflect your experience but expect to attract interest from qualified and leading candidates in the £50k - £60k region.
