Your New Role

Our new head of compliance and planned works will take the lead on compliance across all of our assets (including general needs, supported housing and leaseholders) ensuring compliance with all statutory regulations. Working successfully as a small team, you will ensure our statutory duties are achieved on all assets in respect of; Gas Servicing, Asbestos, Legionella, Fire Risks, Lifts, Electrical and other associated Mechanical and Electrical Services. A strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation is essential.
You will also be responsible for delivering our Programmed works programme, monitoring all works to ensure the approved programme of improvement works is delivered on time and within budget. Therefore, previous experience in a property services department and proven experience managing contractors and consultants is essential.

You will work Monday to Friday and your salary package will be commensurate with your experience - but expected to be between £ 37,000-£41,000 with appropriate benefits.
