Graduate Building Surveyor
Are you a Building Surveyor who has completed at least a year of your diary? Would you like proper support and the project variety to really develop your career? Complete your APC with an independent surveying practice dealing with clients across multiple sectors.
Your New Role
You will be joining a privately owned multi-disciplinary practice with a solid reputation for providing a first-class service across design, building surveying, and project management. You will be working with a building surveying team involved across a number of sectors and offices, including health, defence, education, and commercial projects.
Building on your RICS accredited building surveying degree, you will work alongside and assist Senior Surveyors. Your role will include surveying properties and reporting to clients about the design, construction, maintenance, and repair that may be required. Ideally, you’ll have had a blend of experience, on both project and professional building surveying disciplines. Assisting with dilapidations claims, building surveys, planned maintenance surveys, together with some CAD work, altering drawings and measured surveys.
Ideally locally based in Cambridgeshire or within sensible commute. It is essential you have a good knowledge of building and construction and can demonstrate exposure to a variety of building surveying services.
