Your New Role

You will have the opportunity to work on a fantastic variety of projects from major regeneration schemes through to education, retail and commercial schemes. However, the main focus will be on the housing sector.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing tender and contract information
- Development control from a funding and quality perspective
- Contract Administration on JCT D&B Contracts as well as bespoke Development Agreements
- Risk identification and mitigation
- Collaboration with colleagues to deliver a first-class service
