Your New Role

You will have the opportunity to work on a fantastic variety of projects from major regeneration schemes through to education, retail and commercial schemes. However, the main focus will be on the housing sector.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing tender and contract information
  • Development control from a funding and quality perspective
  • Contract Administration on JCT D&B Contracts as well as bespoke Development Agreements
  • Risk identification and mitigation
  • Collaboration with colleagues to deliver a first-class service
