Your New Role

We are strongly committed to providing our students with a broad sixth form education characterised by academic excellence, high quality learning experiences and extensive enrichment opportunities. Our campus now hosts 2,500 full time students across 20 acres and occupies over 13,100 m2. All lessons take place in high quality, purpose-built accommodation, fully equipped with digital media resources. We enjoy a multitude of first-class facilities which helps us create our busy and vibrant community. These include an extraordinary range of extra-curricular opportunities and activities available at our on-site sports centre, which hosts a fully equipped gym, plus squash and tennis courts. All of which are available free to our team.

Our new Director of Estates and Facilities will share that drive. You will provide leadership and effective management, helping us ensure all aspects of our estate are commensurate with strategic objectives and our long-term plan. We need a strategic visionary with management expertise. With the practical experience to lead and manage maintaining and enhancing our estate.  This includes a five-year accommodation strategy created to achieve our objectives of providing a 21st Century working and learning environment.

We are looking to attract and retain people with desire to be part of our ambitious long-term plans for the College.

You will be driven and professionally qualified with a building related degree and capable in leading and delivering major estates projects. Therefore, you will need broad experience both in the preparation and control of development programmes, building and engineering projects and in managing facility operations and maintenance services. In addition, you will have a deep and varied estates knowledge and related legislative knowledge with a sound understanding of the legal and financial aspects of major property projects.
