Commercial Valuation Surveyor

We are currently representing a highly regarded and respected firm of chartered surveyors in the Norwich area. They are an established and independent practice with an experienced and dedicated team that work across Residential, Commercial, Rural, Industrial and Leisure. Over the last 24 months they have seen significant growth in business and in turn are expanding their professional team to meet demands.


Your New Role

Due to expansion and further workload they now have a permanent full-time position for an experienced Commercial Chartered Valuation Surveyor to join their busy team.
The role will be to generate fee paying income for the Firm by undertaking a variety of professional commercial valuation work and playing a key role in providing a broad range of commercial property services including developers, investors and owner occupiers. You will be able to provide expert professional commercial property advice to our clients, cementing our reputation in the market as trusted advisors. To demonstrate specialist capabilities in valuation, landlord & tenant, agency, property management, development, asset management, business rates and compulsory purchase and compensation. The successful candidate will be able to provide advice on national trends and local market forces across a range of key commercial sectors. This will be a home-based role covering a portfolio across East Anglia. In return they are offering a competitive salary of £45-£50K base salary per annum based on skills, knowledge and experience, 10% commission on net billing (OTE £75-£85K as an uncapped monthly bonus scheme).
