The team is growing, and they now need an experienced MRICS Building Surveyor. This is a varied and exciting role for an ambitious professional with the desire to build client relations and work on a diverse property portfolio.
The role includes a good mix of core Building Surveying core competencies on a wide range of commercial buildings and residential properties. You will work on behalf of a number of prestigious clients carrying out a wide range of surveying services. These will include preparation of Schedules of Dilapidation and subsequent negotiations as well as investigating and advising a broad range of clients on specific building problems / defects.
We are interested in speaking with fully qualified and chartered building surveyors with at least 2 years PQE and solid employment history. Naturally you will have extensive industry experience, good working knowledge of all relevant legislation and in-depth knowledge of Landlord and Tenant legislation. Accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to work to work in a fast-paced environment are all essential skills required to succeed in this role.
