Chartered Building Surveyor

An "in-house" role where your experience will help deliver a number of key objectives within; ACL Cladding remediation, Section 20 & Major works, Project and Programme management, Measured and Condition Surveying, 10 year maintenance plans and building defect reporting.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will provide the full Building Surveying function with a healthy focus towards ACM cladding remediation under the government grants scheme. This will include managing the full project on each estate from application through to delivery.
Interest is invited from MRICS qualified Building Surveyors with at least 3 years’ post qualification experience. You will also need strong experience within residential and cladding systems and be comfortable project managing multiple projects concurrently. It would also be a distinct advantage if you have previous experience with government grants process.
Salary packages will reflect your experience but expect to attract interest from qualified candidates in the £45k - £60k region. The company also promotes remote working with a fully collaborative IT system across the business. The head office is based in Cambridge with free parking is available, but the role also benefits from the opportunity to work from home up to 3 days per week.
