CDM Advisor / Principal Designer

To work on the largest construction projects, it helps to work for a large construction consultancy. But this company is more than just big; you’ll be joining a team with great positive energy and ambition along with fantastic plans for growth over the next 12 months. Here’s how to join them…

Your New Role

Are you a Health & Safety Consultant with CDM experience?

Or perhaps you’re qualified for the Principal Designer role?

If you’re looking to inject fresh energy and direction into your career; this is the perfect place for you!

The company attracts a fantastic range of projects from both the private and public sectors including major infrastructure schemes, high-rise office developments and high-profile retail projects.

But this isn’t just about the projects. It’s about your career.

This is a company that believes in employee development.

You’ll be encouraged to take on new challenges, new qualifications, and new responsibilities.

As the CDM Consultant, you’ll be working closely with design and engineering specialists, ensuring projects are safe by design and ensuring the CDM 2015 regulations are adhered to throughout the pre-construction and construction phases.

You will also be responsible for monitoring the performance of the Principal Contractor, attending project and design team meetings, review hazard registers and the controlling high-risk work.

As such, relevant qualifications are essential. A construction design degree such as Architecture or Engineering would be ideal, however, applications are equally welcome from qualified Health & Safety professionals with construction consultancy experience.

Demand will be high for this exceptional opportunity, so don’t delay. If you’ve got the talent and qualifications to work for a market leader, apply today!
