Providing a full spectrum of services including Agency, Management, Professional work, and Building Surveying. Developing long lasting relationships with an enviable client base of local landlords, tenants, developers, and investors. Mainly through recommendations and referrals.

As an ambitious and career-oriented building surveyor, you'll fit right in with their impressive team of expert surveyors. You'll provide predominately Building Surveying services with some small projects, typically involving refurbishment and improvement projects ranging between; £150k - £500k in value.
Typical duties will include.
- Dilapidation inspections
- Condition and full building surveys and reports
- Specifying works and producing detailed schedules for repairs and maintenance purposes
- Expert witness work
- Boundary disputes and party wall surveys
- Project management of small refurbishment projects and some small design work using CAD

You'll be joining an award winning and focused surveying team, working in a friendly but dynamic and fast paced environment. Therefore, you will need to be quick to learn and want to develop your skills with a very experienced surveying team.
To be successful you’ll be able to demonstrate at least 18 months building surveying experience within either a private surveying firm or multi-disciplinary consultancy. You will be either part way through your APC or fully MRICS qualified.
Salary packages will depend on experience but are expected to be in the region of £25k to £40k in addition to a benefit package of an industry leader.
