Your New Role
We are recruiting an Associate to join a leading consultant of over 100 construction professionals, delivering construction and cost management solutions for a diverse client base. You will be joining a team of like-minded professionals' who share your passion for innovation and delivering cutting edge solutions. As a leading consultant, they play a critical role in creating and delivering flagship construction projects across the region.
The firm provide a comprehensive and value driven service in the public and commercial sectors. You will be part of a Cost Management team that covers the whole project lifecycle from initial inception, through the design and procurement process and onto the site delivery and commissioning phase. Projects are procured from a core of regular repeat clients and typically range in value from £5m - £100m (construction costs). Having also secured places on a number of frameworks, the team is expanding to deliver an exciting mix of projects across life sciences, healthcare, and defence work. Representing some of the world’s highest-ranking organisations and influential projects.
As a senior member of the team, you will help manage technically complex projects. You will help provide strategic guidance and oversight to a portfolio of projects being led within the East of England to ensure succesful delivery in all aspects of cost management and quantity surveying from project inception to completion. With a passion for first class service delivery, you will help drive performance standards to ensure a professional, premium quality services to the construction industry.
Interest is welcome from Professionally qualified Quantity Surveyors with a solid career history working on behalf of a recognised Consultant or Cost Consultancy. Especially if you have cross sector experience or exposure to target sectors.
