They are now looking for an energetic and enthusiastic individual who is a strong team player to support the existing project management team on a variety of diverse projects across Commercial, Retail and Residential sectors.
As an Assistant Project Manager, you would be expected to work under the RICS code of professional conduct. Using your personable nature, you will be providing professional advice whilst acting in the best interests of clients with regards to all Project Management matters.
A degree within either Building Surveying, Project Management or similar.
At least 2 years PQE.
Desire to commence or be part way through your APC.
Strong Microsoft office skills and fully IT literate.
Other duties will typically include:
Assisting in the delivery of projects from inception to completion.
Provide project support and regular updates to clients.
Attend meetings with clients, contractors and internal teams.
Ensure all standards, best practice, policy and procedures on the project are compliant.
Maintain the latest legislation and any changes to policy are immediately adhered to.
Regular involvement in the financial aspects of a project.
Previous experience within property is required, whilst being Local to Cambridge and having strong knowledge of the local area and its history would be advantageous.
