Your New Role

For this level of career investment, the company expects to build on a basic foundation of training and experience in the Health & Safety construction sector. Ideally, you’ll have CDM Consultancy experience, but candidates with a principal contractor background are also invited to apply.

You’ll also need a NEBOSH Construction Certificate (or equivalent qualification) along with at least a year’s experience of working for a Consultancy ideally covering CDM 2015 compliance.

Once you’re on board, the career development starts immediately.

From day 1 you’ll be working with a major blue-chip retail client. The key focus will be to ensure CDM 2015 compliance across their new build, refurbishment and fit-out construction projects. You’ll visit sites across northern England, attend design team meetings, and develop an expertise in risk analysis.

You’ll be a significant and trusted member of the team. Relied upon by your clients and valued by your colleagues.

Although you will be joining a small team, it’s not a small company. They have a network of offices across the UK providing Project Management, Professional Quantity Surveying, and Health & Safety / CDM Compliance services to a range of prestigious clients.
