The client portfolio is hard to beat! Current schemes include a 6-year c.£450million office new build, a c.£2bn masterplan development, as well as fast-track commercial fit-outs.
To be shortlisted you’ll ideally have demonstrable experience of ensuring compliance with the CDM2015 regulations. This will ideally include:
- Processing Pre-Construction Information
- Reviewing Construction Phase Plans
- Design Risk Analysis / hazard reviews
- Exposure to CDM Workshops / Design Team Meetings
Applications are welcome from candidates with either a NEBOSH (or equivalent safety qualification) or Degree qualified building professionals such as Architectural Designers, Building Surveyors and Civil & Structural Engineers. Further on the job training and guidance will be provided.
