The role offers genuine long term flexible working split sensibly between office and home. With projects happening across the UK, travel required for site visits and inspections will vary from week to week. You will need to be based in East Anglia, Essex or Hertfordshire, as regular collaboration with the team at the office is still important.
In addition to CDM services, the company delivers building surveying, architectural design, engineering, quantity surveying, and project management. You’ll be supporting the team with specialist CDM knowledge and the ability to deliver compliance on a wide variety of projects.
The role will suit either an established Intermediate CDM Consultant / Health & Safety Consultant or an Assistant who is ready to make the step up. you’ll need previous experience in CDM 2015 compliance for construction projects, along with appropriate Health & Safety qualifications such a NEBOSH Construction Certificate (or equivalent).
The company will support your professional development in attaining relevant qualifications with a view to gaining APS accreditation. Salary to reflect your CDM experience and benefits including health care and contributory pension.
