Your New Role

A successful apartment block management company, providing estate management for leasehold and freehold properties are looking for an accounts clerk. This company is responsible for the management of client estates, client estate finances and facilities.

Duties will include:
· To assist in the administration and facilitating of client service charge and rent accounts, provide hands on customer support and service.
· Raise service charge invoices in line with lease apportionments and reconcile client bank statements, ledgers, and cash books.
· Raise utility charges as required.
· Conduct credit control activity where necessary
· Reconcile rental payments, deposit protection scheme balances, and provide month end reports to the clients.
· Interact and liaise with clients directly in person, email, writing or telephone.
· Administration tasks are required in respect of leaseholders, tenants, and client accounts.
· Liaise and arrange seller’s management packs and all administration as is required in respect of property transfers and sales.
· Liaise at times with contractors and suppliers and to provide clients with accurate reports and information as required.
· Research and assist with projects as required from time to time.
· To work accurately and professionally at all times in respect of client financial information, ensuring that all records as provided are always reconciled and correct.
