We have a unique opportunity for a RICS accredited Surveyor to join our team in a future leadership role as our long serving department head prepares for retirement. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Commercial or Rural Property Surveyor to join us in a key position and help shape the future of our commercial property department

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of commercial property agency, management, and surveying.
• Manage sales, lettings, property management, and valuations.
• Provide expert advice on landlord and tenant matters, rating, and development.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Lead and mentor a talented team of surveyors.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• MRICS qualified with at least 6 years' post-qualification experience.
• Proven track record in commercial property agency and management.
• Strong leadership skills and a passion for mentoring.
• Confident in communication and negotiation.
• A commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
