What will you be doing?
- Collaborate with a highly experienced team to manage costs for planned maintenance programmes, including publically funded energy efficiency projects.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial estimates through to on-site delivery.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, contractors, and the supply chain.
- Become a resident building expert, with a deep understanding of construction and maintenance techniques.
- Work independently and confidently, taking ownership of projects and client satisfaction.

- Proven experience in asset management or programmed maintenance contracts, particularly for affordable housing projects.
- A strong grasp of construction technologies used in maintaining and improving homes.
