With a strong portfolio in Cambridge and the surrounding villages, you will support a range of landlords and tenants with property management services.

As Property Manager, you will liaise with landlords and contractors, organising maintenance and repairs, property inspections, tenancy renewals, viewings, and rent reviews. Ensuring properties are let efficiently and managed to a high standard.
We're looking for a well-organised, Property Manager with good local experience and client service and customer service skills required to work with a leading brand. MARLA qualified or willing to take on training.
Lettings Negotiators with good experience would also be of interest.
You'll need to know Cambridge and the local area, ideally living in or close to town.
