Join an independent property consultancy as a Property Manager dealing with a commercial portfolio of leisure, industrial, retail and office developments.
A business with a local focus on Essex, Suffolk and East Anglia, dealing with private investors, clients, asset management companies and pension funds. Based in mid-Essex with offices across the region.
Commercial experience is preferred but we would also be keen to hear from Residential Property Managers with knowledge of landlord and tenant law and a passion for commercial.
As Property Manager you will understand leases and be involved in all aspects of commercial property management, sales and lettings negotiations, rent reviews, service charges, rent arrears, marketing and professional work. Dealing with a broad range of landlords and tenants, customer service excellence will be at the heart of everything you do.
RICS graduates or part-qualified professionals with commercial experience would also be of interest.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Property Manager to help support a small but senior team where you would be involved in leisure, office and commercial property management.
The role offers hybrid working up to two days a week and a salary to reflect your experience, circa £25000 - £32000.
