As Lettings Negotiator you will deal with applicant enquiries, viewings and sourcing properties. Liaising throughout the marketing and letting process from start to finish. Providing regular feedback, negotiating offers, producing paperwork, referencing and deposits to secure contracts.
You’ll also ensure all compliance is in place prior to move-in day and support the property team.
We are looking for someone who has a passion for lettings, negotiating deals and prior experience in a Lettings Negotiator or similar property related role involving sales and customer service.
