Join this multidisciplinary team delivering Health & Safety and CDM services to a portfolio of clients across commercial, healthcare, education, defence, and residential projects across the UK.
Due to continued success and growth in the client portfolio, they have a new opportunity for a Health & Safety Advisor with previous CDM experience to join their consultancy team.
You’ll need knowledge of construction legislation and CDM and H&S qualifications,
NEBOSH construction and TechIOSH. Membership with IMAPS is preferred and previous CDM experience is essential.
Your role will involve:
- Reviewing construction phase plans, project admin and creating health & safety files
- Reviewing project drawings and information to identify and mitigate safety risks.
- Proactively advising and assisting clients, principal contractors, and design teams on project viability in terms of CDM 2015 Regulations.
- Auditing projects monthly to ensure CDM duties are being discharged
Flexible working, typically 3 days on-site and 2 days in the office or working from home.
With projects across the midlands and M4 Corridor travel for site visits and inspections will vary from week to week.
You'll need to live within a sensible commute to Nottingham as collaboration with the team is important but your location can be flexible.
