Chartered Project Manager, remotely based.

We represent an independent remote-first building surveying practice looking for an experienced surveyor to join a small friendly team.

This role is perfect for you if:

You're a chartered surveyor (MRICS or MCIOB) with strong contract administration and employer's agent experience.
You have a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering building and condition surveys, PPM and specifications.
You thrive working independently in a supportive environment that values your expertise.

Here's a taste of what you'll be doing:

Manage a variety of projects, from large-scale planned maintenance programs to smaller refurbishments.
Lead on your own cladding remediation projects for major developers (think multi-million pound jobs!).
Further opportunities for party wall matters and contract administration.
Share your knowledge by mentoring and developing junior team members (optional but highly rewarding!).
Ideally based in Herts, Cambs or Essex covering project across the North Home Counties and London.
