John Burke Associates are a practice of Chartered Surveyors (Building Surveying & Quantity Surveying), Clerks of Works and Chartered Building Consultants. Our team of 15 professionals operate from two regional offices, providing six service lines across multiple sectors.

Are you the new Head of Building Surveying we are looking for?
What do I need?
To be part of our team, applications are welcomed from competent Chartered Building Surveyors or Project Managers with a solid base of experience for surveying practices and/or multidisciplinary consultancies.
You will ideally be a chartered surveyor, looking to take your first steps into team management. Or an experienced manager with the ambition to help grow a team and become a Director within the next 3 years. Your knowledge and expertise will ideally span:
- Due Diligence & Building Surveys
- Asset Management Condition Surveys
- Defect Diagnosis Surveys
- Dilapidations & Schedules of Condition
- Fire Risk Assessments
- Project Management
- Contract Administration
- Employer’s Agent duties
- Projects will vary in size, complexity and type but typically include Commercial, Leisure, Public Sector, Corporate, Residential, Education and Healthcare.
You will also be heavily involved in shaping the future of our graduate surveyors. Acting as a mentor to support our next generation of surveyors. We have a great track record supporting our graduates to chartership, due to the experience of our team and projects we can offer. Your experience and guidance will be invaluable.
