As one of our long serving Head of Commercial prepares for retirement, it presents a unique opportunity for a new Senior / Associate Surveyor to step into a potential leadership position. Contributing your expertise to our thriving commercial property practice. We are looking for an ambitious Commercial or Rural Surveyor with a proven track record in Commercial Property to start to take a leadership role in our department.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership: Take on an Associate role, helping to contribute to our Commercial strategy.
Property Management: Oversee inspections, maintenance, Landlord & tenant relations.
Agency: Commercial property sales & lettings, conduct viewings, lease agreements.
Professional Services: Expert Advice, Rent reviews, Red Book Valuations, and commercial matters.
Business Development: Build strong relationships with clients, networking to generate new opportunities.
