What will I be doing, what training is available?
- You be responsible for writing specifications, schedules of work, condition surveying, defect analysis, building pathology and much more.
- The role will suit a Building Surveyor graduate with some industry experience.
- Full support to start your APC process is available if you have a RICS accredited degree.
What do I need?

A RICS accredited degree in building surveying with one or two years’ experience.

A full UK driving licence

Working knowledge of AutoCAD

Locally based to travel into the office and happy to travel to projects and work into London
