Key Responsibilities:
- Support senior technicians and architects in the production of technical drawings and design specifications.
- Assist in the preparation of construction documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with building regulations.
- Collaborate with the design team, clients, and external consultants.
- Engage in site visits and liaise with contractors as required.
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualification: HND / BSc in Architectural Technology or a related discipline.
- Experience: Ideally, 1+ years of experience working within an architectural practice.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit is desirable.
- Strong understanding of UK building regulations.
- Excellent communication and team-working skills.
- A keen eye for detail and an eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
