Job Description:
They are seeking an experienced Architectural Technician to support our architectural projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent CAD skills, and a keen eye for detail. You will work closely with architects and designers, providing essential technical drawings and ensuring compliance with building regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce detailed architectural drawings using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
- Collaborate with architects and other team members to develop and refine design concepts.
- Ensure all drawings and designs adhere to building regulations and standards.
- Conduct site visits to gather information and oversee construction progress.
- Assist in the preparation of planning applications and building control documentation.
- Provide technical support and solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Review and update technical documentation as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience as an Architectural Technician.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of building regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
