Our client is looking for an experienced Architectural Technician to join their team in a permanent position. This is an opportunity for fast-paced career development in a leading Architecture company.
We are offering competitive salary from £22,000 to £27,000 depending on experience, as well as other benefits.
The ideal candidate for this role should have 2+ years experience as an Architectural CAD Technician, and ideally from a Residential background, you should have a genuine passion for the industry, great attention to detail and an ability to develop and close relationships with key stakeholders.
Duties to include:
- Production & delivery of Tender/Construction packages
- Local Authority, Building Control & General Compliance Co-ordination
- Familiarity with Autocad and Revit.
- Preparing, reviewing, and approving drawings as required.
- Working knowledge of Building Systems, Regulations, and construction types
