Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate strong design and project management skills.
- Proficiency in CAD and a solid working knowledge of planning and building regulations.
- Manage interactions with contractors and consultants to ensure successful project completion.
- Oversee projects from inception to on-site completion.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 4 years’ experience.
- ARB Registered.
- Ability to develop ideas and concept designs.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit experience is a plus).
- Comprehensive knowledge of UK building regulations.
- Strong experience in housing projects (experience with educational and commercial projects is desirable).
