A respected Chartered Surveyors looking for an individual to join their Valuation and Survey department.


The Company

We are currently representing a highly regarded and respected firm of chartered surveyors in the Norwich area. They are an established and independent practice with an experienced and dedicated team that work across Residential, Commercial, Rural, Industrial and Leisure. Over the last few years they have seen significant growth in business and in turn are expanding their professional team to meet demands.

Job Description

Due to expansion and further workload they now have permanent position available for a Valuation Services Coordinator to join their Valuation and Survey Department.

The role will suit a candidate with previous experience working for a Chartered Surveyors, Mortgage Lenders or Financial Institution. Duties will include; booking appointments for valuations, dealing with bank panels and preparing reports for the Surveyors.

Essential skills

To be considered for this position it is important that candidates who apply have great customer service, system and organisational skills. You should ideally have an understanding of the East Anglia region and be computer literate. Previous knowledge of Quest would be an advantage for the role as well as previous understanding of bank panel management and valuation/surveying practices.

In return they are offering a long term career opportunity with good prospects and a salary of £19,000 - £20,000 based on experience.
