Your New Role

Join a property consultancy who offer a comprehensive service on a personal level to clients throughout the UK. You will join their corporate real estate department who are responsible for property management, treasury and service charges. They now require an office based Co-Ordinator to manage their daily activity and provide support for presentations and reports that are produced to clients monthly. You will be the main point of contact for the team and diverse directly with client and other company employees and departments.

Your responsibilities will include co-ordination and preparation of monthly client reports mainly using Excel, preparation of business development presentations on Power point and Word, dealing with queries and requests from clients or other departments, supporting a team of Surveyors with admin tasks, diary management, taking and sending minutes, processing holiday requests and expenses, and sorting post.


To be considered for this position you must have excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills, along with competency in Microsoft. A knowledge of TRAMPS or other property database systems will be advantageous, however full training will be provided. You should have experience of audio typing and a good eye for detail.


In return you will be offered a basic starting salary of £18,000 - £19,000 and the chance to be part of a pro-active company who offer fantastic career progression.
