If you’re MRCIS with three years’ post Chartership (or have a RICS accredited degree with at least 8 years experience) and looking to take the next step up and become a senior quantity surveyor this is the opportunity you’ve been looking for.

An independent construction consultancy that is at the forefront of their industry in property and construction are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Cambridge based team. Offering professional services to a range of sectors you’ll be working on a range of retail, commercial, residential transport and health projects across the UK.

As a senior quantity surveyor you will be involved with all aspects of quantity surveying and cost consultancy including pre and post contract duties. From the preparation of tenders to procurement advice you’ll be involved in the whole process.

In return for your knowledge and skills you’ll receive up to 25 days annual leave plus an additional day leave for your birthday. You’ll also receive 1 day per year to take as a charity volunteering day. This is along with a number of additional benefits which also includes a comprehensive training programme.
