This is NOT what your role involves, you'll be engaging, proactive and resourceful. Building relationships with your tenants and landlords, preventing disputes by encouraging and maintain communication through site visits, AGMs and that cup of coffee for Mrs Jones in 21a; this is where you are different.
Your responsibility will include managing up to 500 units, across 7-10 developments. Managing section 20's, service charges you will be looked upon as an example for junior property managers to learn from.
Already at an advanced position in your career, you will be IRPM qualified or aspiring to achieve this. Comfortable in your knowledge surrounding property legalisation related to block management, you will have a proven track record of your abilities in managing customer expectations, section 20's and awareness of sections 13.
