Job Description

With a portfolio of award-winning commissions, you will be joining a practice at the forefront of the UK commercial sector. Managing key clients, projects, contractors and after a short period of time a junior team, which you will play an integral part in employing (as to ensure a team environment that works for you!).

Prospective applicants must possess a minimum of 5 years consecutive UK practice experience, operating from inception through to completion on a variety of project sectors, ideally, commercial.

Strong communication and business development skills are essential, as the sucessful applicant will be winning work throughout the region to support the companies already impressive turnover. If you are currently operating in a smaller practice this may be the ideal role for you – generally smaller practices provide additional responsibility and project exposure, making this position the perfect platform to progress your career and providing the ability to influence the direction of an established company (a rare opportunity in the current market).

Essential skills

  • Minimum of 5 years post part III accreditation experience in UK practice
  • Commercial sector experience - highly desired
  • Ambition to progress or currently operating to Associate level
  • Strong business development skills/ experience
