Secretarial position for an experience candidate to join a well respected consultancy.
An opportunity has become available within an independent surveying and property practice for a high level Secretary to join their team based in Huntingdon.
You will be tasked with supporting the Rural & Agricultural department in a secretarial capacity and front of house duties in the office.
You will be responsible for all administration generated in these departments which will include;
• First point of contact over the telephone and face to face for clients coming into the office.
• Audio typing for client work, letters and reports
• Managing databases, mail-shots & e-shots
• Report Compilation
• Filing, post management and general office administration.
This is a diverse role which will require somebody who is highly organised, with the ability to deal with a range of clients and tradesmen and who is proactive in the management of their own workload.
To be successful you should have relevant secretarial skills, ideally within the rural or property sector although this is not essential. You should have working knowledge of Microsoft Office and audio typing skills with some basic accounts experience.
You will receive a basic salary of £18,000 - £20,000 depending on experience.
